Found some beautiful items in here and online, friendly and helpful staff. I try to avoid on weekends when it's really busy. If you shop there a lot I highly recommend getting their Treasure loyalty card.

somehow, they've managed to lose my parcel click & collect that has been already delivered in the shrewsbury store !!! The manager haven't even bothered to speak with us,we asked few times if we could speak with him/her. So 2 weeks before Xmas they lost all my Xmas presents for my children, extremely disappointed Think the store need a new better manager !!!
Went before and after Christmas good selection and bargains to be found. Always end up purchasing something we didn't go in for, with frequently changing stock
Was absolutely lovely dealing with your Mia today. Was incredibly over the moon with her fabulous services and cracking help. Could not recommend more might ask her on a date next time I visit. Until next time mia!!!!!
A good store which sells some interesting quality products, however it's started selling sofa's and chairs which is a waste of good floorspace. If we wanted a sofa we would go to a furniture shop! Prices can also be a bit over the top for many items. Also, this TK Maxx is located on Meole Brace Retail Park which is an absolute nightmare to get your car out of during busy November and December periods, this is because there is ONLY one exit so the carpark becomes grid-locked with non moving traffic. Think of Meole Brace as a sort of black hole during busy periods, traffic goes in but it never gets out!!! A few more exits could end this.
Definitely one of the better stores . Lots of choice, wether you're looking for clothes, furniture or something for your household.
Excellent store it’s a good size with a lot of choice there are enough staff to help should you need it and lots of reduced sections! Who doesn’t love a bargain!
One of the best around, with a good home section. Can take a while to find what you're after but there's usually a bargain to be found.
Having both TKMaxx & Homesense under one roof is great ! Both are my favourite places to shop. The variety of goods on offer is amazing & prices are reasonable. This store in Shrewsbury is not huge therefore space is limited compared to both stores being in separate buildings however I never come away without buying something! The staff are friendly & helpful. I love it !!
