I am living overseas and decided to buy my dress with my mum when visiting home. The staff have been brilliant throughout the process, they made it really exciting and gave me lots of space to make my decision. Looking forward now to picking up my dress!

Very surprised to see low ratings for such a wonderful team, completely dedicated to making a brides experiences the best it can be. I had the pleasure of meeting Sally when we purchasing my friends dress, very emotional as my friends mum is no longer with us. The team were amazing, they were emotionally invested in making sure that my friend had the best experience and they stopped at nothing to ensure all was perfect. Rare to find such great customer service in a world where we seem to expect more for less.

Absolutely amazing experience with SCB! The staff are all extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions I had!! They made the experience of picking out a wedding dress exciting and magical. They listened to everything I had to say and I found the perfect dress! Thank you to Sam, Sally and all the staff :)
