On a visit today my wife and I decided to have some lunch in the upstairs restaurant. What a disappointment. The place was filthy. Tables unclean, trays not wiped and to top it all off 20 minutes to warm up a toasty.nThe toilets looked as if they hadn't been cleaned for a week, disgusting. As a resident of Shrewsbury it is sad that i will not be eating there again
Thankyou M&S for your bra fitting service, I have had three appointments with Bev now, and she is just fantastic, kind, makes you feel relaxed. She found the perfect size straight away and offered exactly what I was after in just a few minutes.nKeep up the great work
The self service till area needs better signage of one way. Very annoying when queuing at self service to find shoppers walking in the wrong one and dodging the queue. The staff in charge simply turn a blind eye to avoid conflict. All it needs is a barrier.
Marks & Spencer at their best! Cake and coffee in the Cafe still faultless. The foodhall has so many delicious choices to buy but we were very restrained highly unusual for us , only purchasing the essentials; Cake, biscuits and Tea!nThank you Shrewsbury, we will return next year when we're in Shropshire.
Today I was searching for a lost bag -- incĺuding my passport and phone -- and staff went above and beyond to help me find it which I did, eventually, elsewhere.nSpecial thanks to Kerri and Veronica, but all the staff I spoke to were kind and positive.nGood one, Shrewsbury M&S!
