My boys love going to Marks and Spencer. That is where my 4 years old requests we should go. Due to us being rather poor, we normally end up getting a massive block of cheese (nicer than any cathedral city), carrots, bananas and some fruit. Plus anything reduced. The cafe is nice too, always helpful and babychino for 50 p is our common afternoon treat. Lift a bit slow and toilets are flagging at times.

Standard M&S store with a useful cafe on the first floor. Found that they haven't understood how the loop system works for those with hearing aids...they tend to have the cashiers microphone pointing towards the customers! Staff are helpful if you need assistance.

Enjoy getting something tasty from the foodhall downstairs. It's good that it's connected to the shopping centre also. Reasonable range of products. Happy to have a Marks and Spencers I'm the Town. Also good that there's a smaller one at Meole Brace. I love the bread they do in-store.

Was looking for a casual summer dress, but they didn't have sizes 12 or 14 in the ones I liked . The clothes that are popular don't seem to have these sizes left.

Difficult shop layout,many levels/steps crampt in areas, coffee shop ok, staff not very friendly compared to other local M&S coffee shops. Good bra fitting service.
