I must state that i was extremely happy with the two young assistants at the order and collect counter just beside the cafe in Shrewsbury store. I think it was on floor 2 but it was definitely on the same floor as the cafe. They were helpful patient and most of all they had a sense of fun. House of Fraser should treasure young staff like that because i will definitely go back to them again to be well treated. I would like you to pass my commendations on to them. Massive cock up with order of superdry t shirt. Ordered in store on line by the shop assistant. Assured me it had gone through (v important as it was a birthday present). I went in 3 days later as I had heard nothing. The customer service lady couldn't help me. 2 days later I had 2 emails to say that they were sorry I was unhappy with the product and were refunding me the money! The 'Miltin Keynes's number is actually in India where although they tried their best they were unable to resolve the issue. Have now ordered the t-shirt off Amazon, no doubt the t shirt will arrive in 24 hours with no hassle. One tries to supporting Street business but what is the point when it's taken over s week, 2 visits to the store and 3 unsatisfactory phone calls.

Small dept store. Good for local shopping, think I would go further afield to buy something special or check on line.

Recently refitted whilst maintaining the original store feel. Nice cafe, again recently upgraded with a pleasant eating area. Expected range of stock one would expect to find in a House of Fraser store.

Great service and friendly staff. Products are good standard and plenty of brands. Shrewsbury store isn't disabled friendly on the ground floor.
