They have great merchant and each section is clearly labelled for customers to easily find whatever they're looking for. The discounts are phenomenal and great quality for a decent price. Also, every floor is accessible for wheelchair and buggy users. Although under staffed, the staff are super friendly and hard workers, super efficient.
I really like the “TkMaxx” store and have visited more than 10 different stores in London. the Brixton store is the one I visit most as I pass by it every day. There is always a variety of products but you need to invest time to look for them. There is a daily change of products, but some items also remain there for days. I recommend it if you need good clothes and a great price. Just pay attention to the time, as Sunday does not correspond to what the store shows on Google.
First time visiting this store as I don't usually go South London let alone Brixton.nnI enjoyed browsing around the store and there is a lot of stock, especially in the skincare section.nnI was also fortunate enough to not have to queue for long. Bought some good stuff too.nnBut when we were queuing the second time around, it was dramatically longer, winding all around the store.nnDisappointed when I asked the staff if he knew where Electric Avenue was, he didn't seem to know, it was actually across the road!nnWhilst in the queue, picked up a tasty Chinese snack...nnOverall a pleasant experience, would visit again.
Give Ludu unsure of spelling! a raise!!!! She is remarkable at customer service - really went above and beyond to help me find a lost item! and even offered to stay behind to get it back to me. Really so kind!!!
You don't feel comfortable browsing, security guards, and staff watching like a hawknJust want to buy and get out.
