I really like the “TkMaxx” store and have visited more than 10 different stores in London. the Brixton store is the one I visit most as I pass by it every day. There is always a variety of products but you need to invest time to look for them. There is a daily change of products, but some items also remain there for days. I recommend it if you need good clothes and a great price. Just pay attention to the time, as Sunday does not correspond to what the store shows on Google.
Was extremely disappointed with this branch. Was browsing the makeup area and much of the packaging was already open, I picked up an open box and looked at the product and was told off, I apologised and put it back and continued browsing. Not even five minutes later the same security guard that had told me off previously started screaming at me for using their products - which I didn't - I tried explaining that I hadn't and tried to prove it but he didn't listen to me and told me to leave, continuing to shout at me, as someone who is visibly under 18. Extremely rude staff and will not come back again.
Give Ludu unsure of spelling! a raise!!!! She is remarkable at customer service - really went above and beyond to help me find a lost item! and even offered to stay behind to get it back to me. Really so kind!!!
Never shop at this store before and my first vusit will be my lastn1 the store is tacky the clothes look like second handn2 the staff has a problem with the truth as i found the outlet time wastingn3 do not express you opion as a customer as the staff cannot take feed back of how disorganise the store is and make elabrate fictictious liesn4 i was speaking to a staff and i can see several security staff hovering around as if i have done something wrongnWell tk max i will never visit your outlet especally brixton branch as the have a negative approach to customersnWaste of my day as well as feeling racial profile
First time visiting this store as I don't usually go South London let alone Brixton.nnI enjoyed browsing around the store and there is a lot of stock, especially in the skincare section.nnI was also fortunate enough to not have to queue for long. Bought some good stuff too.nnBut when we were queuing the second time around, it was dramatically longer, winding all around the store.nnDisappointed when I asked the staff if he knew where Electric Avenue was, he didn't seem to know, it was actually across the road!nnWhilst in the queue, picked up a tasty Chinese snack...nnOverall a pleasant experience, would visit again.
