Disgusting behaviour from the so-called manager, Viviana. She harassed and bullied my mother when the fault lay with the store in the first place, due to a delayed refund, despite the order number sticker being clearly attached to the item. Instead of taking ownership and accountability, she chose to harass my mother, so much for being a store manager.nnWe requested a refund via the self-service returns kiosk. Ten business days later, the refund was still missing, so my mother went to the store to enquire. This so-called manager blamed my mother for not including the online order printout. However, on a previous return assisted by one of their TKmaxx employees, my mother was never told to include anything other than the sticker printout from the machine containing the order number, and there had never been an issue before.nnInstead of being apologetic about the delayed refund, Viviana blamed and shouted at my mother, telling her to “listen,” while my mother was explaining that she had simply followed what the previous TK Maxx employee did for another return, as well as the instructions shown on the self-service kiosk.nnThis manager insisted that including the online order printout is part of the process, yet nowhere on the self-service returns kiosk does it state that the order dispatch note must be included. This manager clearly needs further training regarding the store’s own return procedures.nnPlease let me know where, in the video I took today 26/12/2025, it clearly states that the online order dispatch note needs to be included, you raised your voice at us—customers—claiming that we did not follow the instructions on the self-service kiosk.
Tkmaxx is such a good store the prices are relatively cheap yet the selection of choice is so wide. I don't know how they keep such a high quality of clothes, they have so many items that are actually useful. This shop is so underrated

Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality and value!
Each and every visit, really busy store crammed with many things to find and buy and despite staff looking like they're worked like dogs, as the saying goes, they provide a polite, helpful courteous help. Hey it's Christmas so better diet to fit in the aisle. The lady arond perfumes so helpful. The lady on home section just pulled all ways all the time and multitasking like a jedi, helping so many people, as do the fitting rooms staff. The awesome security team amazing how they do it in such challenging store. Full respect for the staff. If you can finish a working day there with those demands, hey boss I need a pay rise! Sharing this as a huge thank you for the mega hard working staff. Hope management appreciate them when they count the takings for the day.
It’s a medium-sized TK Maxx. Not easy to find what you need.nI suggest buying tops or some home stuff, but not shoes or makeup up
