Always love shopping at tk maxx ... they've got quality and trendy stuff at a very fair price
At your Ealing outlet on the 15th of October at around 13:15. While shopping with my one-year-old daughter, she dropped her cap, and despite our efforts to find it, we couldn’t locate it. I approached a gentleman who I believe might be a manager or supervisor, and though he was not busy, he brushed off my request to check if anyone had handed the cap to the staff. He quickly stated that nothing was in the lost property and did not offer any further assistance.nnShortly afterward, I approached another staff member, who was much more helpful. She used her earpiece to communicate with the rest of the staff, and within a minute, another team member returned with my daughter’s cap. Their swift and attentive help was much appreciated. who said his name was Sunny though I am not entirely sure, could benefit from some additional training in customer service. The difference in the level of service between him and the rest of your staff was quite noticeable.his about 5’5” tall ties a ponytail and beard.
This is quite big TKMaxx, with a really wide range of different products, however there are periods that a lot of shelves are empty and there is not enough stock to choose from. Cosmetic / skincare and kitchen departments are the biggest, just after clothing. You can get good quality suitcases, a bit of furniture and high end premium fashion brands. What I dislike in this branch are queues to the tills. There are never enough staff to cover this section. I dont understand, if this is persisting problem, the management arent doing anything about it. Overall... its a good store, worth of visiting every now and then.
Never ever have I seen such lengthy queues at a TK Maxx, not even at Xmas. I had to return an item so was forced to stand in the queue for 10 minutes. I did some shopping and returned to find that the queue had more than doubled! I put my intended purchases down and left. Also noticed that some items were without price labels. The 8 x 1 kilo jars of honey didn't have one price label on them. Sorry TK, you fell short this time.
Good location of the shop in the busy area from Ealing Broadway, opposite with the Shopping Centre with a car park in the broadway. Wheelchairs and pushchairs are welcome too, wide shop with lift. Cheap staff in clearance and not only. New arrivals every day. This shop is one my favourite because easy to find gifts for my family members and friends, always I get the good price.
