I came to London for 3 days and this place is one of the best and traditional for Christmas gifts. I cannot imagine how much time they spend to decorate the store inside and outside, but it is a piece of art! For more than 300 years people and goods from the different parts of the world are coming here to surprise others. I would love to take more with me, but you can’t take everything. I easily spend 300 GP. Fantastic place.
Had an awesome time in Fortnum and Mason, the Christmas decorations are wonderful. All the staff were amazing. Love the Gin distillery on 3rd floor. Lost my umbrella, is was found by a member of staff and handed into lost and found. Got it back, that’s very unusual for London to get something back. Nice to see there are still honest people around. Thanks for a great shopping day. We will be back again soon.
While the majority of the store is well beyond my price range, I couldn’t help but love it. The double helix staircase is stunning, and each floor is full of beautiful items, displays, and packaging. As expected, the service was excellent. As we entered the Christmas season, the decorations were stunning. I brought home some of the best teas I’ve ever had, as well as some beautiful ornaments, and a slice of the mole cake. I absolutely adored my visit and would definitely come back here even if most of it was well out of my price range.
A dreamy and magical afternoon tea experience during Christmastime. Tip: make a reservation far in advance during the holidays! Prices per person are steep but you immediately feel transported as soon as you walk into the building. The tea selection is thoughtful and the sweet and savoury foods are tasty. What more, you can even request more food free of charge. I ended up having a few more of the trout and chicken finger sandwiches!
Truly wonderful and joyful to visit. You can find all sorts of confectionery, gifts and jewellery here. There is something for everyone at different price points. I recommend taking your time browsing their chocolate, biscuits, tea and honey sections on the ground floor. If you like afternoon tea, you'd be right at home with the products. Overall, a very unique place and I hope it continues to survive
