What has happened top this place? When staying in London I have always enjoyed strolling through this icon of style and grace. The staff was friendly and competent, the variety of goods was exceptional.nnNow? Millenials are doomscrolling their social media and couldn't care less about customers. As soon as the actual service experience is worse than online the ship will go down. What a shame.
They have a fair range of products, could be better though. Staff were helpful and friendly in the Sandro section. Ate at the cafe which had great staff, fast service and the food was good. Price wise, food is very reasonable.
I wanted to share my experience about the beauty concierge at Harvey Nichols. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a pleasant one. The reception team doesn’t give you the time or consultation you need — the focus is only on taking payment. I take great care of my eyebrows and maintain a specific shape, and I went in expecting at least a short discussion before starting. Instead, they assigned me a junior therapist without even asking, as if the goal was simply to get me in and out.nnIt wasn’t about the price at all; it was the attitude. There was no effort to listen, no sense of care, and I felt rushed from the moment I approached the desk. The way they speak to clients makes you feel as if they’re doing you a favor by accommodating you, even though I’m a Harvey member. That kind of tone is disappointing, especially in a place that should prioritize service and client experience.nnThey do have good hairdressers, but the reception team creates an unwelcoming atmosphere that overshadows everything else. Sadly, I don’t think this is the right place to rely on for beauty services.
I have been tonthis srore after few years. I must say one the most premier store in London.nThe customer service was great as well.nA young man with great sales manners serve us.nThank you for the great service.
I always have an excellent experience at Le Labo in Harvey Nichols, Knightsbridge thanks to Giuseppe. His customer service is outstanding — he’s incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He makes shopping enjoyable and never pushy. It’s always a pleasure to be assisted by him. Highly recommend asking for Giuseppe!nMila
