What a fantastic afternoon tea experience!nnWent with my mum as she had a voucher. The staff were so attentive and service was efficient throughout our sitting. We asked for a couple of additional items on top of our tea which were speedily brought and, as we had so many items, we were given an extra table to make space.nnFood was delicious and plentiful with a nice festive spin on it.nnDefinitely recommend!
Austinso lovely helped me book a personal shopping experience in Knightsbridge. I have never done this before but had a special birthday and daughter wedding so needed help with outfits. It was the most amazing experience shopping I have ever had. Gaynor Russell was just brilliant produced items I wouldn't in a million of years of tried on - one being the dress I shall wear for my daughter's wedding in August. I purchased a few items and had a very special few hours with Gaynor and my daughters. Will most definitely return -can't recommend Harvey Nichols personal shopping enough. Special thank you to Gaynor.
Great shop with high-quality items. It was lovely to see a doorman to give the high shopping experience. Right next to Knightsbridge tube station, it is so easy to get to. On the top floor lovely range of places to eat or drink.

Checked up to make sure the dress fitted well or whether she could be at an assistance, getting other items to try on that might be suitable for what I was after.nnGreat eye for fashion ! This is a wonderful building and an amazing array of staff. I was here for an event and it was perfect with separate gorgeous bat, as I'm sure you'll agree. And a large room space. Very close to Knightsbridge Station so in a wonderful location. Food for canapés was lovely. The upstairs is ideal for special occasions and events. I have also included a picture of the other eatery here which is very pretty.
