Incredibly helpful staff who gave clear, relaxed advice and let me naturally come to a decision without being pushy. After sales team were great too as I received a phone call checking I had everything I needed and one to say my tiles had arrived. Couldn’t wish for better service.

Lorna and her staff continue to offer good service. They are helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They can advise when needed. We don't go anywhere else now for our tiles

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, 1 star is far too much for them. LORNA needs to brush up on her customer service skills and her attitude!! she assures you a product is going to be delivered to on Wednesday then rings me today the day there supposed to be there to tell me there not going to be until Friday afternoon which she knew I was getting my fire fitted then. Then when I question why she lied about the dates she claims she didn't and starts getting quite rude and uptight about it all... Will definitely not recommend and will be making a formal complaint .. !!!!

Excellent choice of tiles with helpful displays. Staff are very friendly. Would definitely go there in future.

One Star is Far to much for this company!!!! Lorna has a serious attitude and needs to learn how to speak to her customers when they are not happy about the fact they've been lied to.. they claim that specific tiles will come in to store for me today she assured me as I need them before Friday but NO I get a phone call today for her to say there not going to be here till Friday afternoon, Clearly just money grabbers then she denies she even said that and claims she told me 5 days well No I wouldn't of ordered otherwise when I have someone coming to fit a fire on Friday so it needed to be tiled ..... Will be making a formal complaint because I Am Not the first person she's done this Too !!!!!!
