I recently bought a Pendleton electric bike and basket from Halfords Grimsby, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.nnThe lady who helped me choose the bike was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, making the whole process easy and enjoyable. When I returned to collect the bike, she was just as helpful, taking the time to make sure everything was ready and answering any questions I had.nnShe is a real credit to the team and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you, Halfords Grimsby, for such a positive experience. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a bike or cycling accessories.
My experience at this Halfords branch is always been fantastic and helpful, the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable when asking for assistance and updating you with services they provide, the reason for this review is due to a young lad who helped me yesterday 1st of may 2026 who was super helpful and introduced me to the mot plan and i honestly believe it’s a fantastic deal everyone should sign up for.nPop in and ask about it to save your troubles before you mot test.nI never got his name but thanks you for the great service you provided to me 5 stars
Went to Grimsby store for replacement number plate. Very professional courteous staff. Dip dealt with and fitted the plate. Great job done efficiently. Dip is an absolute star for the company and I hope his abilities and professionalism take him a long way
Excellent service from “Dip” this morning he replaced my headlight bulb and noticed that the hazard light needed changing. Great service x
Front and rear dashcam fitted within my 2 hour slot including a full explanation on it's use and how to change settings etc. Nice and friendly service.
