I would rate zero if I could, incompetent staff that can not even enter basic data on to a system correctly, which will cause you to get late fees. On top of that if your item breaks and needs replacing, be prepared for a inferior brand lower cost replacement.
Against my own better judgement I was going to use these for new furniture, just moved house had new carpets to buy and also Christmas to pay for, desperately wanted new sofas. Spoke to a male over the phone, according to him everything I had was fine and I should go in to purchase some overpriced furniture, when i got there the first bad thing was discuss all my details at the counter right next to a que of customers, the next bad thing was all my documents weren't good enough they were for the guy on the phone and I should pop to the bank and ask for a statement. I left the shop and never been back, tatty sofas will do for now. There should be a room or private part of the shop to discuss personal information NOT AT THE COUNTER with other customers. Less than professional in my mind.
I am not satisfied with waiting for the stove and the vacuum cleaner 3 weeks to provide me when I call it was deleted and I am waiting at home so customers are not treated
Don't use this rip off place . I would never get anything from them.
Dont sell your soul to the devil if you can't afford it dont bother
They are piss taker and take more money than there supposed to take
