Brilliant staff but not enough of them! Usually has everything I need, but did need a plumbing shop today. Paint is brilliant and do loads of colours and variations. Plants good and last. Tiles varied and good. Overall great place.

Was informed that there was 10 5 litre tins of cuprinol ducksback forest green paint available although was not any on the shelves, one of the staff a very pleasant young lady who was mixing paint for customers who were waiting, after completing the paint mixing she tried to locate them using a lift truck to access the top cabinets, none were found, she eliminated the ten tins from the stock on the computer and informed me I could now order them on click and collect when I got home. Overall I was waiting for almost an hour which is not a good advert for B & Q, if the stock system had been operating efficiently I would not have had the frustration I experienced
