I bought a couple of toys for my daughter online, I received all the emails proving the purchase etc, then I received an email saying that the order was ready for collection, when I got there with my daughter who was all happy to pick up the new toys they told me that they were going to make a refund because after all they didn't have the toys. SHAME ON B&Q
Have tried several different places to get the stones I needed but only B&Q sold them. They are first class quality and I got 3 for 2. A great bargain. Would recommend.
Got ripped off I bought a paint roller for 30 quid what is unbelivable so I pulled out my phone to take a video and a worker asked me not to record and punched my phone out my hand while doing so he broke my finger its shoking behaviour. NEVER COME HERE.
Didn't have everything I wanted but the chap on the self scan tills was really helpful about how to order what I couldn't get.
