Terrible shop, mostly terrible staff, most of them are so rude. Don't buy something, it will break and you will not get a refund or exchange. The management are an absolute joke and will definitely speak down to you- I guess with you being in a toy shop it must be acceptable to speak to you like you are a child. You are better off going elsewhere- much better value, better variety and better customer service elsewhere
