Rude employees, and get a better deal online. No wonder the place is always empty. At least it gives them plenty of time to play on their phones as there are no customer's.

Generally don't have my qualms about Virgin Media, but this store in particular has terrible customer service. Went in previously to get an upgrade, was denied and the company cannot tell me why (I've been a loyal customer for almost a decade!) Went in again today almost 2 years later with the same potato phone that will barely switch on anymore, and as I walk in the guy behind the counter puts his hand up to my face, telling me he can't deal with me right now. Well don't worry you can deal with head office who I reported you to instead. Honestly is some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I used to work in retail myself and would never speak to a customer like that. If it was once you could put it down to a bad day, but it is literally every single time I've been in there they have been incredibly rude. I have an iphone for work with no problems yet my personal phone I've had nothing but trouble with. This store is simply not interested.

Thank you to Jason at the Grimsby store, who sorted out my new Virgin account and installation and ensured a smooth changeover from BT to Virgin.

Don't care about customers Dreadful customer service Locked me out of credit check as system down and then told me to buy a phone for 7.99 What a joke

Having problems with my phone connections went into the shop and they could not have been more helpful. A young man really went out of his way to make sure I was sorted! 5 star service!!
