We stayed in the self catered apartment for a few nights after the WHW. A perfect 'home away from home' with everything you could need. A bit of a distance from town, which was no problem for us, but there were bus stops along the road if required.Rooms: 5/5

We stayed at " House by the Bridge " for eight nights in early October 2019 and loved every minute of it. We were in the self catering Apartment / Flat at the very quiet rear of the house and could come and go as we pleased. The apartment is very spacious and spotlessly clean, tidy and well maintained. The kitchen and sink area is neatly fitted to the side of the room which comes with every appliance and utensil you would ever need. There is a large very efficient fridge that will keep everything at the correct temperature.  The upstairs has a big bedroom with a very comfy double bed with pristine clean and fresh linen. The en suite bathroom is very clean and modern with an excellent shower with good pressure and endless hot water.  The location was really the best, on the bank of the river Nevis within easy walking distance to Fort William town and Glen Nevis and the scenic and majestic Nevis Range hills and mountains. Our Hosts, Rosalyn and Willie are the most kind and hospitable people who cannot do enough for you.  The Lochaber and District countryside is one of the most beautifully calming places in the world for us and we will be back soon we hope ! We would not hesitate to recommend " Tigh Na Drochaid " to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in the Scotties Highlands.

Very nice place to stay in Fort William, around 10 minutes' walk to the train station. We received a warm welcome at check-in, and the room had everything we needed. Good breakfast too. Would stay here again.

Lovly clean and friendly. Located in a great spot for walking ben nevis with no need to drive to a car park.  Good hearty breckfast with a smile all in all great stay.
