Decent premier inn although some parts of the hotel are sorely in need of plastering and a lick of paint. I get the impression it's not had much money put into it recently which is a shame as it could be an excellent hotel.nStaff were quite welcoming in particular the male staff member supervising breakfast on 23/03 didn't catch his namenWould recommend for visiting the area if not fussed on frills.
Ideal for our needs. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. All staff we met were very good and always had a smile. We did not have a meal in the evening as we had been invited out for the evening. We did however have breakfast and found the restaurant warm and the staff welcoming. The only downside was that the food, although very good, was not the hottest. Otherwise our stay was great.
Arrives at the Fort William premiere inn after a 16hr drive from Cornwall with three young children wanting breakfast to be turned away because the restaurant now only caters for people whom are booked in at their hotel. When did this change where you could not just go in ask for a table as this is what we did a couple of years ago. We are happy to pay for what we would order but the staff would not go against the premier inn new rules. The staff so wanted to help us but couldn’t. I wondered why the restaurant was empty and not full like before. Nothing like the premier inns in England so much more welcoming to anyone.
We stayed here for two nights during our Scotland trip. This was a great base location for hiking Ben Nevis and exploring the area. Easy walk to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. The staff, particularly Ian, was very helpful and accommodating with our numerous questions and requests. The room was very comfortable the comfiest mattress we had the entire 2 weeks. The bathroom was a little worn water damage, some soap scum, etc, but for the value things were acceptable.
Don't usually leave reviews, but staff very friendly and helpful, particularly night team. Room good as expected. Stayed in a few Premier inns, this is a good one.
