Great place to stay. Good location, comfortable room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was really nice. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We would certainly return and recommend to others.

Hosts Steve and Cathy are warm, welcoming and helpful.  We stayed 2 nights in room 6, a twin room on the ground floor.  Was supposed to change rooms after 1 night as they were very full.  But Steve spoke with the other guests and we did not have to change rooms.  Great service!  Room is comfortable.  Shower has heated rails, ample room.  Breakfast is very good, but starts usually only at 8am.  The breakfast patio is bright and cheerful and warm ... wonderful ambience.  Car park on property and lots of space to manouvre.  Great location to walk the Ben Nevis area, especially if you are driving.  Good restaurant within walking distance, and town is walkable or just a few minutes by car.  We would recommend this guest house.

Nice local business run by nice people.
Room was to a good and clean standard. Shower was hot with good presure.
Breakfast was fine, fresh selection of fruit avaliable and displayed with pride. 
Wifi was good speed for Google and what's app. Didn't try to stream and media so couldn't comment.
TV isn't the biggest, but then your not there to stay in and watch TV so it shouldn't matter.

My only gripe was the room was on the ground floor. And could hear people walking around the top. I had tried to get an early night for the Ben Nevis climb and was woken a couple of times. But soon found myself drifting off again.

All in all would stay there again... good job guys and thank you

Steve & Cathy were great hosts. They responded to our last minute emails and allowed us to check-in early.  The conservatory and breakfast was fab and the rooms were fine.  Their information helped us find a place to eat and they even offered a drying room to help with our soaked footwear from our Ben Nevis hikes.  Walking distance from the Ben Nevis Visitor Center and local attractions at Fort William is ideal too.
