Our flights were cancelled from the US so we had to make some last minute accommodations. The Cruachan Hotel was fully booked and so they recommended this accommodation at Glengyle House. It was a privately owned two bedroom apartment. It was generally spacious but there were crumbs all over the carpet in the dining table as well as the chairs. When we went to take a shower there were a lot of used soap containers so it was clear that they hadn’t cleaned it. The amount of money they charged for such an accommodation was astronomical! It was definitely deceptive business practices. I would only recommend this place if they did a thorough cleaning job and if they charged less money for the quality of the accommodation. Cruachan Hotel should also be careful of the places they recommend if they are full to maintain their own integrity as a business.
Good place to stay. Quiet and away from the bustle but still close enough to the main shopping area and also close to the scenic river area that bordered the Ben Nevis parks. Rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Staff were very helpful and polite.
Fist class B&B recommend. Very clean . Good nights sleep . Very close to town
