Very rude and unprofessional guy behind the Jalebi counter, he seems rude to other customers as well...similar to one behind the counter he was'nt rude but never seems interested and have any cuatomer services. At the end we got Worst quality Jalebi ..ask the guy to make it thin and crispy but it was other way round.. Bad Staff Worst quality and going down badly fews year ago it was't like that .
Genuinely authentic Pakistani sweet shop with nation wide popularity for their Jalebi. 3rd generation family run business. Very humble and sweet staff members. Take away dine in and delivery options available. Cater to personal needs and accept orders for personal occasions. Vegan. Vegetarian and non dairy options available in their wife spread menu.
I used to love the jalebi from this place, I’d travel an hour just to buy it. But recently on 3 occasions it’s gone down hill, it’s no longer the thin crispy delight that it was. Never going back to this place.
This place has got nice variety of sweets and savoury. I went to this shop day before yesterday specially to get some freshly made Garam Jalebi. You can get this always fresh from this place. I have been to other places too but Jalebi here is the best. Sharing some pics of the same.
Went to the sweet centre, twice in the space of approximately 8 days. Both times the jalebi were very poorly cooked. They were under cooked and slimy, totally inedible. Unfortunately we bought a number of boxes as gifts. How very unfortunate. We will not be returning again.
I have been buying sweets Indian sweets from this centre for over 25years. Although the proprietor is a Pakistani but they sell a variety of Indian sweets. All sweets are freshly made and never kept long as they sell off their sweets in good time for next batch to be made. Their Star sweet is JELABI. Its the best in Manchester. No retailers can beat them on Jelabi. They serve Chana Puri Alwa from morning to afternoon. All puris are freshly made. A good sweet shop in total. Staffs are friendly and polite. Bravo.
One of the best Jalebi maker in the town. The visit to this place is must whenever I go Manchester. Wait is bit long sometimes but it justifiable as they make fresh ones in front of you.
no doubt their jalebi is really nice, however the staff in there are very rude. One man late 40’s was very rude. His eyes were blood shot red like he was on something. Customer service is very important and despite their jalebi being good, i will not be visiting here ever again.
