I wouldn't even give them one star if there was an option. The worst taxi no time keeping. The operator told me taxi should be with me in 5 minutes. Half n hour gone still waiting made me lose my gp appointment so definitely not again from me and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
Got verbally abused by one of the taxi drivers never using them again you guys need to get some drivers that have respect
We used some time really good and fast
Had to book two taxis for our group as no bus available, one fare £8.10. Other driver charged £9.50 for the exact same journey then got annoyed as change was asked for. Driver took a personal call during the trip then commenced using a string of foul language to describe the caller, this was in front of my wife's 14 year old daughter and her mother. This firm is a disgrace and best avoided.
Never using this service again. Went today and asked for a taxi into town and they guy said we have non available and the next one will come in 30 minutes. I asked him for another firms number so I could call them because I was getting late for an interview. He nods and decides to call some random woman and ignores me until I walk out. Crappy service. Crappy people. Overall horrible customer service. DO NOT USE
The worst taxi firm ever making you wait for 40 minutes and I still didn’t get my taxi
No answer after few calls they said 45 mins up too an hour
NEVER AGAIN WHOEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE IS A LIAR AND IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED EVER AGAIN
