Whilst I do understand the morning is a busy time, I ordered a taxi at 7:22am and the operator said the taxi will be here in 10-15 minutes. It is now 8:03 and my taxi has not come. Absolutely shocking. Your operators need to give accurate timings please.
Abysmal service all over. Phoned at 7:30am for a taxi for 7:55am. The operator said it would take 10-30 minutes. We agreed for the dispatch of the driver at 7:30am, as I was practically ready at that moment in time. 8:00am. Still no sign of the driver. When calling at 8am, the operator advised 10-30 minutes. Yes, that’s why I am calling again, because it has exceeded that time. He had the audacity to say this was “too early for him” and hung up. I ordered an Uber instead lovely experience & called one final time to cancel the booking. Do better.
if you are a disabled passenger.l would recommend you do not use this taxi company. One of the drivers left my son on the roadside in his wheelchair for another job and then had the cheek to return after 30 minutes at which point l had already cancelled the job.
Worst taxi service in Bradford. Made a terrible mistake ringing this firm. Operators don't have a clue, its simple - Where are you? Where are you going? Maybe take my name too, but come on lads its not rocket science. Operator asked me how to spell ‘street’, 30 sec max to book a fare not 9min! After telling them to leave it, they ring me back literally begging me to book the taxi - i was only going to Leeds not London! The taxi that showed up was filthy, driver smelt worse. Very unprofessional. This firm needs serious help, they should look at their competitors and learn a thing or two.
Such bad service had ordered a taxi man was so rude about it behind the phone then had said 30 mins waited 30 mins no message no message about the taxi on the way like they normally do waited 30 minutes no call from the driver or the person behind the phone and called him back to him then saying it was my fault and I told him the exact place and he called and the same thing happened no message no phone call disgraceful service so rude and will never use this again so rude absolutely disgraced by the service rott in hell! Would give 0 stars
Attitude on your drivers is absolutely disgusting!!!! Would not recommend, use literally anyone else. Told the driver where I was and he starts shouting at me. Therefore I cancel the taxi as that’s the last thing I want after a long day at the work, then get a call from a personal mobile phone number, shouting and swearing at me threatening they’re going to take my money anyway! Sort your attitude and your service out you set of rude scamming wrong ens!! You don’t deserve any business what so ever. Not the first time I’ve had issues with your company either!! If you don’t know how to interact with people don’t be in this kind of job, disgraceful
Stupidity of this company is ridiculous. Booked a taxi 2 nights before setting off at 8:25 am, and I couldn’t even get a driver. Been waiting for over an hour. Because of them I missed my important appointment. Never again
I was just crossing the zebra crossing heading into the taxi waiting area near the Bradford Interchange when a red golf EJ60... Drove straight over the crossing and knocked my shopping bag out of my hand, the driver didn't even stop, he dropped his fare and drive back out, what part of a zebra crossing don't drivers understand needless to say I will be reporting this to the police, I'm sure CCTV will show everything. 07/12/2022
Always use girlington all over taxi but heavy avoid between 2.00-4.00pm Couple of occasions now, I needed to transfer an item from one place to another. I had used this taxi service and it turns out the drives have no clue what they're doing. I got a call from one of the driving who said that he has to pick his child up from school, ring the operator and get another taxi. What sort of poor service is this? Surely there must be someone with common sense as to who should be taking the job on? They have been alright in the past, hence the 3 star, otherwise 2 stars would have satisfied.
I have been a customer for more than 3years, they always treat me very badly in most disrespectful manner.The customer service when contacted on phone will talk to you in a very rude, nasty & unsympathetic way. They will even tell You to go get another taxi, I will be opting out from their service because most times they are very late. I & my family have missed appointments, trips & flight most times.
