Very pleased with the excellent service. We required a wheelchair accessible taxi for a time critical event . Shakil, the driver, was very polite, well-spoken and efficient, securing the wheelchair effectively and driving with consideration. Later in the day for our final, separate journey, he advised us in good time when there was to be a delay in the pick-up. We can recommend both Shakil and Metro Taxis. Thank you.

I got a taxi from metro for the first time after a night out and the Driver was very well spoken and polite. Very quick on arrival, very good price after numerous drop offs.  Speed was perfect through car journey as some other firms tend to speed at this time in a morning (2am). Car 34 on 31/12/17 very good service, would recommend to anyone. Thank you

I have been using this taxi company for around 5 years now and have had no issues with them. The drivers are polite and well spoken, and their cars are always clean. I suffer with a lung condition and the drivers always help me put my shopping in the car and unload it to my doorstep. Excellent customer service, have recommended them on numerous occasions

been using metro since i can remember now my kids r using them very reliable firm with the best drivers around.....ps I'm working with them now so I guess I'm one of the best drivers there
