A few days ago I used one of your cars from The Bradford Hotel to Clayton Road. 
I would just like to tell you how good, and how helpful the driver was. I expect people tell you when things go wrong but not when they go right. His help was much appreciated and I will certainly use your firm again. He was completely unaware that I have a serious health condition and would have asked for help with a heavy bag in particular.
I am happy for you to share this with the driver.
