Excellent communication throughout. Wilkinsons made regular follow ups with all parties to ensure deadlines were met. Without their 'hands on' approach, things wouldn't have happened in the tight timescale. Very professional. Would highly recommend. Many thanks especially to Sue & Grant.

Excellent communication from Fiona Winslow office from beginning to the end of our sale journey. Her persistence in contacting all parties down the chain regularly to get the sale completed was second to none. When Fiona unfortunately had to be off work for several weeks both Grant and Anita also communicated regularly with us. All in all an excellent estate agent.

I have just sold my property through the Wilkinson partnership with Sue Garrett as my point of contact. The service from the whole team has been highly professional and  every query answered very promptly, the team are very easy to contact and always action things very quickly. Sue has been particularly helpful as I had specific requirements she worked very hard to comply with all my requests and also was very flexible with potential byers needs and requests. Sue guided the communication with the conveyancing solicitors at every point and provided me with regular updates. Sue and her colleagues are a very cohesive, hardworking group they come with my highest recommendation Dr F Williams

This is our second home that we've sold through Wilkinson Partnership. Anita was our single point of contact throughout and managed the whole process efficiently from start to finish, updating all stakeholders as we went along. Anita did a great job qualifying potential buyers and secured the price we were looking to achieve. Anita is clearly an expert in her field and I would highly recommend.

All house transactions are stressful, but this one was particularly difficult and long winded. It nearly fell through several times and a big reason that it didn’t is that we had Anita at Wilkinson’s in Winslow on the case who is frankly a brilliant estate agent. She managed the process closely and diligently in comparison to the other agents handling our side of the chain who I hardly ever heard from. It is in many way thanks to a Anita that we now have our wonderful new home. We were the purchasers in this process, but if you are selling a house, you could do far worse in your choice of agents. This house was completely off brief for us, but perfect once we understood it more. Another agent may not have had the ability to convince us to even view it, but she did.

I have to thank Anita in the Winslow office she really was terrific throughout the entire process. I cannot speak for the rest of the operation but Anita was professional, considerate and responsive. If you are considering selling a high end home, I urge you to speak to Anita.
