We have extremely positive feedback to give to Collette and Leaders. We viewed our prospective house at a time convenient to ourselves. Collette is very professional, quick to attend to queries and concerns. Shannon was helpful too on the viewing day. The BEST customer service experience by all means. I will definitely give them 5 stars and highly recommend.
Collette Stevens visited our property on 21st January and we were extremely impressed by her professional manner, knowledge of the local property market and her patience whilst answering all of our questions. She was confident that Leaders would find us a tenant within a week and, true to her word, our new tenant was found within 2 days and moved in on 1st February! The support by all at Leaders has been exceptional and the whole process couldn't have been smoother!
Collete is a highly professional person with a good positive mindset. She was at the prospected house at exact time which was convenient for my family, and we realised that she is a very helpful and a cheerful person. From the very first day onwards till the agreement completion Collette was behind us & gave the clear instructions via e-mails & calls. Absolutely wonderful service from Collette & the team at Leaders and our sincere thanks to them who made our dream a reality!!!! Definitely 5 stars for Collette & Leaders.....
Their personal services where the agent calls you and informs you about the letting, viewing and arrangements after that are excellent. They accommodated my needs very well. I do think their online services could be improvised with better technology services. Overall, Leaders made it possible for me to get my very first rental apartment! I am very grateful for that. :D
We have had the best experience purchasing through Leaders. We wish we had sold through Leaders too! Excellent customer service from every single person we have spoken to. They have been brilliant at communicating through the whole process, have been approachable and have been great at listening. Would highly recommend!

Very profressional and friendly team, always respond straight away within a few minutes. Our viewing was carried out by Shannon C and it was obvious she took the time to know the property inside and out and answered all of our questions about the property and the area and nearyby towns. This was especially good as it was also her first time at the property. Very prompt arrival on time given there was unusual traffic congestion in the area. Viewing was at the end of the day and she showed no signs of impatience and happy for us to take our time. She also brought our viewing forward a day as she had a cancellation which shows good planning from them and earlier viewings are obviously important! Shannon has also assisted us in the main process and given advice when needed. Their systems are automated and efficient and they provide a number of other beneficial services including no deposit rent option. Very happy to recommend this estate agency.
We moved out in may last year. They took some time to settle and send the finalised billing after a few errors on there side the last bill was settled in August 2022. Now out of nowhere they contacted me to explain that i still owe some money. How can a company keep changing its mind in terms of what a customer owes. Thats like tesco advertising one price, the after you have paid. Actually you need to pay us a bit more. Be careful of this company.
