Whilst I rarely write reviews, I would like to say that the Lettings team have been extremely helpful throughout the process of securing new tenants for a rental property. This was particularly challenging in that we were trying to manage 'remotely' and through no fault of theirs, the process presented random challenges. The team, particularly David, went above and beyond to ensure deadlines were met.

The lettings team  at Connells, Buckingham have been very efficient in recently finding a new tenant for The Annex extremely quickly  . I have been very happy with their help in dealing with all aspects of property letting over many years ,& would highly recommend.

Avoid the Lettings team, Sales is great, though.  We've bought our first home through Connells and it was a smooth operation. It was just logical to use the same agency for letting as well. Couldn't be more wrong about it. They put up the ad with misleading information to start with, constant delay in communication or no communication at all, which being an overseas landlord gave us hard time. Poor management and very quick turnover in staff members, resulting in lack of professionalism and a very poor information flow between the different departments accounts, property management, local branch.  I would definitely not recommend the Lettings department.

Alex from Connells has been really wonderful. He is patient and always willing to accommodate viewings at a short notice. We have always had the best experiences so for with Connells in Buckingham, thanks to Alex for his professional yet very friendly way of dealing with clients.

We've just completed on a property bought through Connells Buckingham. Nicola was really helpful, informative and did all she could to make sure the transaction went as smoothly and quickly as possible. A pleasure to deal with :-

Disappointed with the lack of communication once I had viewed a property, seem to rely on me to contact them to express my interest rather than them asking for my feed back, not sure I would feel comfortable in selling my property.

Terrible estate agent. I tried repeatedly to arrange a viewing of a house in Brackley and was messed around and fobbed off. As a cash buyer, I have zero idea what their issue with me was. I found this estate agent very unprofessional, discriminatory and rude. I feel sorry for the seller as weeks later the property is still on the market! Also stop removing legitimate reviews! I can prove every aspect of my complaint. Terrible estate agent. Rude and unethical behaviour.
