Massively overpriced. Staff were friendly, but weren't attentive at all. Side plates and cutlery were dirty. In a portion of chips, there was a pea at the bottom. Both the ladies and gents toilets had empty toilet rolls on the floor, and the bins were overflowing. However, the steak I ordered came fairly quickly, and was cooked well, the bearnaise sauce was very good and they have a good selection of beers.

Lovely old building. Very nice food (try the duck shepherds pie) at reasonable prices and friendly staff.

Great place to eat and drink. Great building with a fantastic atmosphere, friendly staff and a great menu to back it all up. Highly recommended!
