Cracking Place , Small but friendly & cosy . Superb home made Pies & a selection of three local real Ales !! What's not to like ??!! Dog friendly too . Worth checking out but worth phoning ahead on a weekend to book a table as it gets busy & understandably so ,
Friendly bar staff, enjoyed a nice glass of wine there. Toilets are nice and clean. Shame they weren't serving food at that point but hopefully they will next time and I can do a better review. I would recommend going there for a drink and a natter with the locals though and there is further parking down the road at the village hall if the front is full. Lovely little country pub and dog friendly too
Excellent pub experience. Fantastic menu especially the pies. Reasonable prices. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very cosy seating area. Highly recommended
Such a lovely pub with friendly & welcoming staff. We visited during our holiday and would definitely return. The homemade food is lovely - keep an eye out for the special pies each week - delicious! Would definitely recommend a visit if you are in the area.
Small country pub with a lot of heart! I spent many evenings here while on vacation and loved the atmosphere. The menu is diverse and they are very accommodating and offer gluten free options! Great value for the price because the serving sizes are large and the pies are incredible! I would eat there every night if I could.
Great atmosphere and incredible food, we had pies and went back and I had duck which was amazing, and I got some pies to take home with me. Will be coming back whenever I’m nearby!!

Very good food although a very small menu. Lovely staff very welcoming. Slightly expensive for portion sizes but I will still be returning. Will also be recommending
An absolute Gem! We've moved to the area recently and the locals in the pub have been fantastic! Really friendly, coupled with great owners, fab ales and brilliant atmosphere. Well worth a visit dogs welcome too.
Personally I don't think the food is overpriced and the portions are huge. Staff are all really helpful and friendly. We love it. Keep up the good work folks.
