Excellent pub with great service and nice outside area. Excellent covid 19 precautions with high levels of hygiene enforced, track and trace requested and good guidance. Very reassuring.
Super fair price on quality Scotch Whiskeys. I can't remember the Parisian bartender's name want to say Jorn?, but he was both friendly and very knowledgeable about whiskey. Oldest pub in the city with fair prices, why wouldn't you check it out!
Good Place to drink a beer or eat a good whisky..
Staff are friendly and helpful but a bit of a tourist trap in my opinion. Nice enough pub but food is very average and seems as though it's reheated maybe? £5 for mulled wine who buys that in a pub anyway though, right? And it's just the stuff you can buy a bottle of for £3 and heat it at home. Nice atmosphere though.
Best pub in Edinburgh. Love the place, really good food best haggis ever, drinks and waiters! Hope to see you again.
Grassmarket is a great street to eat. A nice open area we outdoor seating for when it’s nice out. Food traditional Scottish pub food. I loved the veggie haggis.
