A long time favourite. Great ales and a very nice place to be if you want to watch the world go by or watch the telly.
Overall 3 star rating, disappointing lack of wines available, chose 3, all unavailable, and a somewhat carefree unapologetic response from behind the bar. Food was tasty although pricy for a toasted sandwich and 9 chips.
Would have given it 5 stars however when I went to meet my friend for lunch on Saturday the girl working the door was just down right rude!! Seriously no people be skills what so ever and deliberately awkward. The bar man was really polite and professional so I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 1.
Was I over the weekend and was a great little pub. Nachos were amazing .
Rather unfriendly host on the door and then, once we were seated, we were just left to it. Ordered our food and drink via the app which arrived quickly. At least you don't have to tip!
A classic, old school Edinburgh pub. Intimate with a nice atmosphere. A good selection of beers and whisky
I can highly recommend this place! Great selection of food and drinks and they show all the mayor football matches which is great!
Really nice time in beer garden. Staff are really strict and adhere to all guidelines. Really good to see.
Really fun pub and restaurant in Edinburgh. Yummy bar food and great service. Visited twice in the past six months always great! Busy in the summer but lovely and lively. Try the burgers, curry or fish n chips.
