Fantastic pub for beer lovers. Great cask and keg choice, some Scottish curve balls such as black and tan. Also amazing contental bottle list. Really on top of social distancing, Teddies take up tables not for use and took temp on arrival the great bar lady not the bears. If you like your beer well worth a visit.
The bartender was incredibly helpful, we wanted to have a small whisky testing and he recommended a few kinds, a was very knowledgeable. We had a great experience! The bar is very cool as well, and has a big selection of whiskeys
Fantastic place, great selection of whiskeys and the guys who work there know their stuff. They also gave us some really good tips for our trip.
Lovely place for a drink, if you are into whisky this is the place. I was very impressed with how informative and passionate the guy who served us was. Will be back!

Great bar! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and makes sure Covid safety regulations are in place. The bar just has a great atmosphere and the beer was tasty as well :
We were there on the whisky Wednesday promotion they had going on in may. Got a fabulous dram for £7. The bartender was lovely and helped us find an interesting, evocative whisky that you'll only find in a great whisky city like edinburgh. Wish we could have spent more time there!
