Lovely food. Excellent service. Always go here when we want to "go a bit posh" Also great that our dogs are welcome in the bar area, so we can have them with us when we want to eat. Brilliant

We had table for 14 people- mix of adults and children. Food was excellent. Everyone was delighted.

Had a beautiful meal at the Wheatsheaf! We had booked a table in advance and had a voucher and were very impressed by the food and drinks on offer. Service was very prompt and personal, food was excellent and the drinks selection was brilliant. After our meal we relaxed infront of the cosy chairs next to the fire. Even though we are local we hadn't been in that much just as it is on the pricer side (go for birthdays, special occasions etc) but would definately go again for a treat. Would recommend if you are in the area!
