Bev & Paul and their team are excellent and make you feel at home in their warm comfortable surroundings. Choice of ales and keg beer is good and food tastes and presentation top class. So lucky to have such a gem on our doorstep.

Food was good but portions were a bit small. Staff were attentive but never mentioned the specials on offer and after we ate we noticed the specials board and felt if we had of seen it we would of ordered differently. Kids enjoyed it and that made me happy.

Had the fish and chips and it was excellent. Staff friendly nice little pub

The Mrs and I like this pub, great atmosphere, good food and really nice beer. It is dog friendly but you will be ushered to a back room which is a bit bland but go in without the dog and and use the other rooms it is great. The Sunday lunch is very good and the service is excellent, well worth a visit.
