Great place for real ales and locally brewed gins and vodkas. Fabulous staff. Great laid back vibe, clean, comfortable and In the heart of Kelso. Can't wait to go back again.

Board games and beer are always a good combination and this micropub is perfect for a lovely well brewed pint. Staff was helpful and new their beers as well as other alcohol. Doesn't serve food (obviously as it is a micro pub!!)

Very honest and interesting and intelligent place. Don't go in unless you live to converse. Different beers on every day. Gins available.

Try different beers here in cute friendly bar right in the centre square of kelso. Great tastes and heard guitar players that were pretty good playing outside here having a drink. Bar skittles games and other games you can play kept for ppl to enjoy. Great atmosphere.

It is one month since my visit to Dumfries and I must say my visit to this small pub was one of the highlights. Great setup for cask ale with the casks mounted on the wall. I have never seen anything like it. And Simon Rutherford was so modest about his creation... I hope to return. Highly recommended!
