Went in here for our tea the menu suited all budgets. We had chicken burger fries and a bottle wine that soon turned into 2 bottles wine!!! ,as we were content sat there. There was no music,but thats great while your sat eating and talking. Sometimes its nice to go in a pub where you can have a lovely drink and a chat! Great place!

Cheap beer..food simple cheap but nice. Service very good. Occasionally you'll bump into a few drinks but never no issues.

Quaint little pub, to experience Xmas eve here was lovely the local brass band that had been in the city centre, give an impromptu session which was lovely to see.

Waited ages for 2 large breakfasts. When it arrived minus bacon and cold. Asked for bacon and was given 1 piece of charcoal bacon for2 large breakfasts. Never again. If I could have wrote a review without 1* I would
