A fantastic little local pub, fabulous and varied menu with an especially good wine menu, all in a beautiful setting. The pub also has a great atmosphere, a typical cosy little Cotswold hideaway. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Ample space for parking outside, all-in-all, an incredibly good place to eat. Highly recommended.

Excellent food in a great location. Staff is attentive and very friendly. If you’re in the area Village Pub is a must visit.

Very slow service and the wasn't prepared well. I ordered a medium rare rump steak. But, I got a burnt one instead.

Exactly what today's pub food should be like. Seasonal, sourced locally where possible, cooked from scratch - yes, yes and yes as it should be for all restaurants worthy to be called so. This place also had friendly yet professional service; a decent selection of wines; comfort food & refined dishes on the menu and a resonable price for dishes of this quality .

Food was very average for the price you pay. Lots of cotswold pubs in the area that are much better.
