way too small very slow service but very good value for money once served and seated

13:50hrs Wednesday afternoon 11/4/18, 1 person at the counter 1 staff member chatting ! Duty manger type person appears from out the back calls for some else to come other staff still chatting! Duty manger person comes over starts chatting also, duty manger has a jewellery ( not wedding band) on skull and crossbones ring/s! And then starts doing chips into the frier/service point ! Other staff still chatting x 18 others now come into a small tired updated place that seemed to have lost it's way x should have driven 20 miles more for their rivals restaurant x

Absolutely disgusting toilets. Management clearly not setting any standards. We used adjacent diner and as others have said, closing early. Food was poor and what appeared was not what was described on the menu. Try at you peril. Looking for a way for Google maps to ring fence this place as a no go zone

Friendly and quick team here. Shame about the price but that's every Burger King

Customer service is acceptable. Nothing to write home about. Bathroom was dim, but this was due to a light being out- as in the bulb had been removed. Order accuracy left a bit to be desired, but customer balances out as they quickly rectified and went beyond. Dining area was clean, but bins needed to be changed. Customers were served quickly and Felix, the staff member, was very kind. I'm not 100% sure if today was standard service or what, but this restaurant could be too notch with the right focus from management.
