Really enjoyed my first trip. My wife has been a few times and raved. Good location near West Kirby, nice building and good parking. Inside, a well laid out modern dining room, with an open kitchen and prompt, polite service. There are a bunch of things for kids to do, so it's really family friendly (photo booth, cinema, table tennis, play area with a boat). Food was high quality pub food with interesting elements. The gochujang chicken was immense. Not cheap, but not expensive.

Payed a visit on Easter Monday and despite being very busy the service was very good the food came quickly and the staff were friendly and attentive. Interesting decor industrial Scandinavian I would say. The food was delicious Roast Cauliflower and Aged Cheddar soup was smooth and creamy full of flavour. Fish and Chips and Mushy peas was lovely one of the best I’ve had, proper chips, big fish perfectly cooked and crispy batter, peas delicious. Definitely going to be back.

Food was lovely but the service was pretty slow. We waited over 30 minutes for our prefer to be taken then the same again to get the bill. We were tempted to walk out after asking for the bill a third time. Unfortunately this meant we were late for an afternoon appointment. The bar service for drinks is slow too. Saying that the food was great and the Icelandic beer they serve is excellent.

Absolutely fantastic food here and as the saying goes 'you pay for what you get' it's pricey but by God it's worth it. I love the open kitchen hatch so you can see your food being prepared and cooked. The serving staff are incredibly helpful and smiley. I would recommend

Superb food, excellent service. My first visit but I shall deft go back. Try the slow cooked lamb vindaloo, not too spicy at all. A gorgeous taste, slightly buttery, delicious
