I just love this place ! I always call in for dinner before getting the ferry back to Belfast and on my latest visit 29/12/25 I was surprised how busy it was on a Monday evening. Luckily, the staff squeezed me in to my lonely pint table and I again enjoyed a lovely meal and the attentive waitress couldn’t be more helpful or accommodating. Keep up the great work and Happy New Year to all the lovely staff.
Had a lovely meal with friends today. Food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Toilets were spotless and well maintained. There was a roaring fire in one of the rooms which gave it a cosy feel, and the dining areas were bright and cheerful. There is a private dining area upstairs which would be suitable for get togethers. Very impressed with this place
The food was delicious. Can't fault it. The service was quick, but had to get attention to get more drinks.
Amazing looking pub and restaurant beautifully decorated for Christmas. Food was excellent and served in good time considering it was extremely busy on new years eve. Really pleasant atmosphere. Play ground outside and a nice outdoor seating area. Allows dogs in designated areas. Not far from west kirkby marine lake and caldy beach. A really nice way to end 2025 and will definitely be returning in 2026.
Horribly overpriced and incredibly slow service. Half the food was delicious, the other half was surprisingly mediocre. I loved my starter and hardly touched my main. Good children's menu but adult size prices.nWe also had to pay a deposit to reserve the table which was VERY oddnLovely building. Very posh.
