Well located within easy reach of the town and transport links to Newcastle. Large comfortable room with plenty of storage and an equally spacious bathroom. Would have been 5 stars but we would have liked more choice at breakfast and the milk was left out too long.

It is clean and functionl, not many frills but it doesn't claim to have any. In my opinion i believe, if workable, water, soft drinks and crisps in the room would be good for those who arrive later in the evening . Been 3 times and returning in 10 days.

Lovely hotel, would defo go again

Very comfortable room with a top notch shower.  Friendly stuff.  Bounteous continental breakfast.  Well located.  I'd go back any time I'm in Newcastle.

We had a great stay, one night. Shelia run a very friendly hotel, lovely decor & immaculately clean. Continental breakfast was amazing with a great variety. Highly recommend this hotel great for all everybody’s made welcome.
