Loved this place! Highly recommend to check out when in London. Can’t wait to come back n check out the sister restaurants. Usually Indian fusion or modern Indian doesn’t do justice to the authentic taste of Indian cuisine but TP has figured it out. Ordered everything on the menu except salad and they all had diff flavor profiles unlike some Indian restaurants that use the same base sauce. Kudos to this team for hitting the mark on food, taste and service! Shout out to Shiva our server…friendly, accommodating and helpful menu suggestions.
Had a wonderful experience at The Tamil Prince! The food was absolutely delicious — proper South Indian flavors that truly hit the spot. The chicken was so good, we had to order it twice! Everything was served warm, which added to the comfort and authenticity of the meal.nnService was good, and the staff made us feel welcome. If you’re looking for authentic Indian food in London, this place is a must-visit.nnThe only small downside is the seating — mostly high chairs without backrests, which may not be the most comfortable for everyone. But overall, it’s a lovely place with great food and a cozy vibe.
Without a doubt one of the best Indian restaurants in London. This is a must if you love rich and spicy food, all of the dishes were great but I would say the best are for sure the lamb chops, they were juicy and full of flavor. I recommend reserving with time since you won't be able to find space without a reservation.
Small and charming little restaurant in a residential neighborhood. We had an amazing lunch here with one of the tastiest Indian food I have tried outside of India. All the dishes look beautiful, are seasoned well and taste incredible. The okra fries, onion bhaji, dosa, lamb chetinad and the bhatura were all really delicious. The cocktails are creative and also good. Limited menu but that is good since they focus on the right things. The parota or flaky roti is also super nice and the fun part is watching the chef make them. Definitely recommend anyone visiting or living in London to take the trip down to this place. It’s a gem.
The collaboration of Tamil Prince & Greek food unfortunately was so underwhelming. Their regular menu offerings are superlative but this seemed like a big climb down. While they usually have great food, the place itself has a feel of a run down pub…. Anyway, whatever works
