We recently dined at this restaurant after traveling a long distance, but it was a complete waste of money and time.nn1. Rude Behavior: The serving staff was very rude. When I went to the reception to explain, the guy there acted like he did nothing wrong. The reception staff were polite, but their response was not satisfactory. They kept saying it won't happen again, but this was the third time in a row.nn2. Hygiene Practices: The staff did not use gloves while cleaning tables, which is very concerning. Plates were not washed properly.nn3. Food Quality and Quantity: The food quality has drastically declined. We ordered a family chicken biryani and got only one leg piece and bones. The mutton biryani had just two pieces of meat instead of the promised four or five. In a previous online order via Just Eat, we got chicken biryani with only three pieces of neck and mutton with only two pieces that were mostly bone and fat, with no meat. It feels like they are just giving whatever is left.nn4. Complaint Handling: When we complained about the inadequate portions, the staff's response was dismissive. They offered a dessert as compensation, but this gesture felt insincere and did not address the core issues.nnThis restaurant used to be good, but now that it’s popular, the service and food quality have gone downhill. We were very disappointed and would not recommend it to others.
The Irani chai here is one of the best I’ve ever had in London! Quick service and amazing food, and one of the best biryanis you can get in London for under 5 pounds. Irfan is an amazing person and the service is 5 worthy.
This place is buzzing with a constant influx of local customers who crave an authentic Hyderbadi experience. Staff was very accommodating and recommended some amazing dishes.nnFood “most important “nnAll dishes were well seasoned, had authentic flavours. And the portion sizes a large specially Biryani.

This is the best biryani i ever had in Uk....every indian must and should try here....Most importantly Pakkka Hyderabadi will should try here...I promise it reminds our Hyderabad Bawarchi which we are missing very badly here.nAltaf serviced food to us....he is very polite and so helpfullnMy rating 5/5
