I would have rated this place a 5 it if wasn’t for the owners not being warm or welcoming. We appreciate check in time being 2pm but they knew we were coming early and we had 2 young children but no real show of compromise, understanding and that maybe bending over backwards for customers with an offer of an early check in! The room was ready for 1-1.30 but I still had to pop over to reception to ask if it was ok to check in! The rooms were well presented and facilitated and the 2 girls serving breakfast were very friendly and accommodating. I’m guessing both the proprietors got out of the bed on the wrong side!!

Nice clean room, friendly and helpful staff, and a delicious cooked breakfast. Located in a reasonably quiet side street, some noise from bar on corner of street late evening but fine when windows are closed. Would recommend.

Stop over on our way to Zip World loved the hotel everything was excellent ! Friendly staff, great breakfast and clean comfortable room

Nice welcome friendly staff. Clean room however fairly small. Breakfast lovely and plenty to eat. As with most Llandudno B&Bs there is no parking so be prepared to drive around to find a parking spot then don’t move!

Great value!!! a double bed would have been better than 2 uncomfortable zip & linked singles 'that said it is a great clean, modern B&B with great staff, breakfast and service.
