We have been going to Llandudno for about 30 years, and stayed at most hotels. Staff are quite friendly, breakfast is average, hotel is average. But never in my 30 years have I experienced a full blown fight outside my door. We had two family rooms next to each other, at approximately 1 in the morning the trouble started, firstly waking us all up with shouting and screaming at one another. Then the couple started fighting at that point we went out to tell them there was 3 seven year old girls in our rooms which they have woken up. They didn’t stop and the lad punched the girl in the face busting her nose. They sent a lad up from reception who tried his best but was only 18 and not built for security work. We had to restrain him from hitting his girlfriend again. This went on for about a hour or so, and ruined our sleep and stay. When checking out in the morning I explained to reception staff what had gone on. They had already been informed by staff, but completely failed in apologising or thanking us, hotel manager didn’t even lift his head to acknowledge us!!!!

Had a lovely stay. Good breakfast. Nice quiet clean pool area. Good entertainment and Happy hour on drinks 6-9pm. Only fault was the beds were not very comfortable but well worth the money.

Great place to stay but food is very basic and you have to order your evening meal at breakfast. Clean rooms great location

April. Llandudno. Brief synopsis only. CHATSWORTH HOUSE HOTEL. 4 nights. BUGS IN BED. Room 254. Night porter reallocated us to 356. No management available. Left to move rooms up one floor at 11.00 feeling shocked & disgusted. Told to report to manager in morning. His (Manager/Owner) response, "Sorry, happens in best hotels including Hilton". Unsympathetic attitude. Consequently reported to Conwy BC Environmental Services. Good response from them. Mattresses very uncomfortable, could feel springs in both rooms. Slept on spare pillow in 254. Bathrooms tiny with dated olive green bath/wc, too small to include basins. Narrow bath with shower attachment. Hard to stand, no safety rail. Bath sealant covered with black mould. Allocated dining table, no tablecloth, sticky throughout stay. Glasses & saucers stuck to surface.

Excellent Hotel we will definitely be coming back. We had an amazing Sea view room. Very clean excellent service from all staff . Highly recommend this hotel.
