Well where do i begin. Fantastic room,  with a very comfy bed. The comfiest we have ever slept in on holiday. with the best view of the front. Looking side on to the pier and across the bay. 😀 Breakfast was magnificent, fuelled us up till tea time. And of course the hosts were a lovely couple. We will definitely return. Well recommend.

Booked an overnight stay for my parents as a present, communicated with the hotel on a couple of occasions and staff were always helpful and friendly. Parents got a room upgrade to a seaview superior room with bay window. The views are spectacular and the room was lovely. Breakfast was included in the price and the food was faultless with plenty of options. Would recommend for a short break in Llandudno and there is plenty to see and do in the area.

Really nice decor, called in for a drink with friends who were staying. They loved it. Fabulous location in Llandudno. Would consider staying there. Staff friendly and good atmosphere.

Wonderful place, super breakfasts lovely views of Llandudno Bay. Nothing is to much trouble for Emma and Geordie. Always go there.

We had excellent room with sea view , Bed very comfy,after busy day ,it was nice to know your bed was so comfortable ,for restful night. Room maintained daily if required, tea , plus some speciality tea, ,coffee, drinking chocolate ,water, mugs & cups supplied, even tea towel, Excellent modern shower , well maintained Hotel, Bar for refreshments, Excellent choice for  breakfast ,& lovely staff ,No lift ,but staff were willing to carry your case if needed .Defiantly stay here again , Only thing but same with all Hotels ,unless they have carpark attached ,you need to be patient about finding a space to park .
