Lovely renovated Victorian guest house in very centre of Llandudno. Just few step to Great Orme Tram station and few minutes to the pier. Lee, the owner was very friendly and helpful. He also prepared yummy breakfast for us. Guest house is clean and classy. Our room was rather small but neat and sunny with all needed facilities. Bed was comfortable, towels clean and soft. Be aware that there are just few parking spaces at the back of the house so in busy periods count on other car parks.

Excellent guest house!We've stayed there twice now and we are looking forward to staying again,Lee the owner,is a top guy and makes you feel really welcome.

Reasonable priced standard rooms. Clean and comfortable. Parking is very limited but no more so than many others due to central location. Friendly enough and good Full Welsh Breakfast.

Would not stay here again. Cleaners left my door open when their had finished and I didn't get back to my room until night. Informed the manager who blamed the door! The door had no problems whilst I used it. The manager then wanted me to stay in my room the following day to wait for a handy man to look at the door, when I refused to wait in my room he got quite aggressive towards me...bear in mind I was on holiday so I had planned days out. The cleaners never came back to my room during my stay nor did their leave me any clean towels, tea, coffee etc. So I had to go buy my own. The room I booked stated it had a view of the orme, it didn't mention that in front of the window was a giant ugly metal set of emergency steps. WiFi wasnt always working. I was informed we could have breakfast in our rooms and the small table and chairs in my room would suggest that too, but unfortunately we wasn't allowed breakfast in our room.So was falsely advertised on so many levels. The bathroom was the size of a cupbourd so could not get dressed in there. This was an expensive guest house and was the worst I've ever stayed in. Before we left the manager gave my child a small bag of sweets as an apology for my door been left open all day with all my belongings in. Bad management. Here's some pictures of my room with a view!
