We stay at the Iris Hotel, Llandudno 3 - 4 times a year on a 3 nightly basis to visit my wife's family and would recommend it to anyone looking for a value for money place to stay. Located very centrally half way along the Llandudno promenade. Michaela (Manager) and the staff give excellent service and the breakfast is very well presented.

We have stayed a few times now. Great value, clean with friendly staff. Breakfast good, plenty of choice. Bathroom a bit small in the room we last had with not a lot of room between toilet and shower. On the whole great value. 😁

If I could give a 0 I would! Extreemly unhappy with the manager rude and very un polite. We booked to stay here for 2 night's for a special occasion and due to the bad snow and Red warnings not to travel we were unable to go. we rang to ask if we could change the date as the weather was out of out control and had a very disgraceful responce. Yes it stated that there were no cancellations, but due to the extreme circumstances of the weather and our safety plus that it was a special occasion I though there may have been some understanding. We were very wrong! Would never book hear again. Word of mouth is a powerful thing and I would kindly warn you all to be very careful of booking as these people need to work on there customer service skills.

Incredible views, very friendly and helpful staff, a spacious and comfy room and an all around impeccable atmosphere Very happy with my experience
