We felt so lucky when we found this beautiful place. The ammenities were beautiful, the decor was fantastic. The location is great!! From our room we could see the ocean and we could walk everywhere from there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing! We love this place!

Stayed here but wasn't overly impressed. Room had no windows to open for fresh air, only a fire door that opened onto the fire escape. Pillows were rock hard and the room had loads of dust behind the beds and bedside table. The breakfast was very nice though and the waitresses were lovely and friendly.

Had a very happy and comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and filling.

I stayed here on the 7th April 2018 for 1 night with my family,we had 3 rooms,each room very clean and comfortable.The breakfast was beautiful.I would go back again,and recommend to anyone.

The hotel was a lovely little building close to the Llandudno Pier and situated in town, so only a walk away from a number of shops, restaurants and bars. The room was compact, with not much spare space but had a table and chair. Usual amenities along with a fridge were available. Bathroom was equally sized with a shower but no bath. Getting and maintaining the right temperature in the shower was a challenge. Breakfast was table service, ordering from a menu with all you would expect. Cereals were available and additional items like yoghurt were available on request. Staff were pleasant and friendly - check in and out only took a couple of minutes for staff to arrive and assist.
