What an amazing venue for a wedding reception. The staff were so welcoming and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend the Caesar salad, rack of ribs, burgers and fish pie.nMany thanks Stonemason's, we will absolutely be back.
We were passing through Petworth, and stopped here for a late lunch on a sunny Friday afternoon. The pub is dog-friendly but we chose to sit in the pretty garden.nWe ordered fish & chips and a sirloin steak. The steak was beautifully presented on a sizzling platter. Both meals were huge which sadly meant that we had no room for dessert!nThe staff were very friendly and we enjoyed a pleasant lunch.
We went here for Sunday lunch. 2 roast beef, 1 roast chicken & 1 halloumi burger. All 4 meals were delicious, we all really enjoyed it even though we did struggle to eat all of our lunches. I had a side of cauliflower cheese & I’m happy to say it was probably the best I’ve ever eaten & there was enough for 2 of us. Service was good & the Staff were very friendly. We will definitely be going back.
So friendly for a local pub. Good beer, great food, lovely staff.nHad to eat in the sheltered garden as the pub was full. But it was warm out so no issue.nAs for the food. Amazing. Worth every penny!
Went last night and have to say it was a lovely pub. The service was very good and extremely friendly.nThe food was delicious and good size portions.nLooking forward to going back again soon.nI had the special chicken shish and it certainly was a big plateful, very tasty.nWould definitely recommend
