Today I went to the Harvester; it was a delightful experience! This was a late birthday present for me, and I enjoyed it. The salad bar especially the bread was very good, the atmosphere was very nice and cozy in here, even the starter calamari strips was perfectly cooked and delectable. The main meal I got was a chicken burger, which was also very yummy. I also had a sundae for desert which I enjoyed too. Service very good, staff polite, especially Waiter Louie, who was polite.
I am a regular that comes in at least twice a month , John Claire and new server Kerr have been amazing! My visit this evening has been the most enjoyable in a very long time! Kerr has been most amazing server - he even made my disabled son included And made his time enjoyable- his service was impeccable and his attention to detail was amazing. Nothing was a problem for him and he made my dining experience tonite leaving me with a smile on my face. If I had to head hunt him to come and work for my company I would take him in a heart beat! Well done fella keep up the amazing work - your a credit to the team John and Claire your amazing too!
The meals came out & was still piping hot. The quality of food for both of us was great & couldn't fault. The staff were polite, busy but polite & understanding. It was busy so expected a long waiting time. This isn't their fault, but a lot of people complained around us about it. Maybe next time, look around you. If it's full to the brim, food will take longer. It's a given fact.
Had a lovely meal apart from the lack of cheese sauce on my loaded fries which were a +1.99 add on!!!! On top of the 14,99 skewers! Not ok really :Food: 3/5
Visited with family today for lunch. The restaurant was very busy as its half term but kerr offered great customer services despite how rush off his feet he was. He ensured all standards were met and he was happy with everything. Full of smiles and made the time to have a friendly chat.Food: 5/5
Came here for a family meal. Food was lovely and served very quickly. Served by John who was excellent! Very attentive and funny as always whenever we come here. Would 1000% recommend!Food: 5/5
Kerr was amazing as a server! It was only his 5th shift but he was amazing and the food came quickly and all correct! He was pulled pillar to post during our meal but still got our food out quickly and always had a smile on his face! Great service and food!Food: 5/5
Came in during a Sunday lunch for my birthday and from start to finish had an amazing experience. We were early for our booking and our table wasn't quite ready so were told to sit in the bar and had our drinks promptly ordered. The bar and restaurant was busy but all staff seemed to have no problem and gave service with a smile. We were then told our table was ready and taken over by the manager Jamie and given a rundown on the salad bar and refillable drinks station. Our server john was amazing and made sure we were taken care of from being sat down to paying our bill. Will definitely be back!
Kerr was our server and he was great. Very attentive and just a nice guy. He said he’d only been here for a few weeks. We couldn’t leave a tip as had no cash but hopefully this review is just as good!Food: 5/5
Some friends and I visited the bar area for food. It was dog friendly in that section, which was great to see. The bar staff were welcoming and helped with our menu choices, when ordering up at the bar. The food was epic and the Lemon Blizzard dessert rocked!Food: 5/5
